Circle One - both mine and the example magazine have pictures relating to the genre which is tennis, even though mine is of a building at Wimbledon and the example is of a player
Circle 2 - both magazines have a title saying contents which is a convention of tennis magazines and other magazines as all have this title within the magazine.
Circle 3 - Contents, both magazine have contents but differently to mine, the example magazine has a description of what is within each section of pages, and also features a featuring article whereas mine does not.

Circle 2 - with both mine and the example magazine, these both have puf's which are having small amounts of featuring information within them

Dunlop
Except from being a slightly heavier racquet with a larger head size compared to its predessesor, the Dunlop Tour 100, control and feel did not seem to suffer as a consequence of providing greater power either which is a fantastic achievement by Dunlop.
Hitting floor level strokes felt solid due to the five point head light balance of the 200 Tour and volleys were still as easy to redo as the Dunlop 100 even with the slight extra weight carried on the 200 Tour. Adding spin to shots was effortless even with the 16 x 18 string pattern and serving was simple which made this cemented the 200 Tour as Dunlop’s flagship racquet for advanced players.
Head Raquet Article
Head updates the iconic Prestige Midplus with Graphene, one of the world’s strongest and lightest materials. by putting this in the racquets mid section, it improves the racquets swing . Result is a crisper, more modern feeling racquet, one that moves through the strike zone with impressive speed. While the overall feel has changed, this update retains the dense 18x20 string pattern along with the obvious control it delivers. At net the feel is crisp, with a very discernible blend of accuracy and stability on balls cleanly struck. Ultimately, while this update may not please every Prestige traditionalist, it should definitely earn a following with players who want a speedy control racquet with impressive precision and above average spin potential for the breed.
Bella Henman Article
Bella Henman is the worlds best up and coming female player in the under 30's category, she is quickly becoming more popular and living up to her fathers name.
As she has currently won the US Open two times, and now building up to winning Wimbledon in 2017. From these achievements she has gained many sponsors, for example, Lucozade and My Protein. throughout the years in a recent interview she quotes "I will continue to win as many events as i possibly can", and by this you can tell how determinate she is to accomplish way more.
She is now concentrating on her family where she has 3 children and a dog, she lives in the hills of Spain with her husband. Her two children Amelia and Javier are aspiring to be like thier mother, they train three to four times a week with thier personal coach Pepe. Pepe is a world renound under 50’s tennis star and has won the grand slam twice. He goes through a strict fitness reghine with the children where they are subjected to 1000m’s of running per day on thier garden running track.
Weeks ago, Bella Henaman was accused of having a tennis affair with Pepe, the childrens coach. This came into light becuase of the exposure on soical media, this has led to a breakdown in Bella Henmans marridge, but from us at the Ace magazine, we hope this relationship is repared.
After the effects of her wrist injury, she has unfailingly bounced back and has been training ever since.
Bella Henmans new fitness regime from her trainer means that she has had to go vegan which is meaning she is getting a lot fitter and healthier in the run up to wimbolden 2017. With the help from her new raquet sponcer, Babolat has offered her a pick of the top of the line equiptment aswel as a raquet.

LO3 - Stockbridge Flood Light Switch on - Article
after a long wait Stockbridge has finally announced the opening event of the new flood lights on all four courts which has been long awaited by many of its customers who then all joined in with the celebrations and then played a couple of games with use of the new flood lights. "enter name" was the guest who switched on the lights which will make the court more available to players throughout all the seasons as playing in the colder months was hard due to the lack of sun light but now after a large amount of help from the local community and a vast amount of fundraising, the courts are now able to full fill their uses more often.

growing up around tennis lead me to be enthusiastic about the sport
Hello my name is Felicity Killoway and this is my magazine
editorial.
The magazine ACE was established in 2015, I created it after
growing up with family members playing tennis and as well as myself from a
young age, and this made me more curious and enthusiastic about the sport.
After playing in many matches and visiting Wimbledon many times as a child and
adult, I decided to create this magazine, after help from our sponsors the Pick
and Taste Magazine we were able to create my dream.
The magazine will be a monthly publication that features,
interviews from players, reviews of players and their stats, grass, clay and
artificial tennis court reviews,
equipment reviews and recommendations as well as the latest league
tables.
The interviews from players with cover plays of all
abilities, from beginner to intermediate and then to professional. It will
feature parts of their daily lives, how tennis features in them, how enjoy able
they find the sport as well as their favourite courts, rackets, and courts.
This will be the same for every player featured within the magazine.
We will be reviewing all sorts of courts from many different
clubs around the country and it the final issue of the year we will rank them
from our favourite to the worst due to many different aspects like the surface
played on, the standard of club house, whether there is flood lighting or not, inside
or outside? And many other factors within the establishment.
The racket reviews will include a rating card so that you
can compare rackets easily and we will find the cheapest price and post the
hyperlink to it so that you can easily find and order the racquet online and throughout the months you will be able to compare the different ones to choose the most suitable for you as a player.
I hope you enjoy the first of many issues

LO2 - Legal and Eitheical
3 Things that could be offensive or against the law
Racism
Homophobia
Ageism
Sexism
Law #1
Obscene Publications Act 1959 and 1964
In my magazine I will not publish any obscene material or extreme view points which would deprave my audience.
Law #2
The Defamation act 2013
A statement is defamatory when its publications has caused or is likely to cause serious harm to the reputation of the claimant
For the purposes of this section, harm to the reputation of a body that trades for profit when it has caused or is likely to cause serious finical loss
I will avoid creating content which will contravene the act by not publishing anything that is untrue or could damage the reputation of a person, company or object
Law #3
Copyright Law
at its heart copyright law covers the publication of content (written or image) without the permission of the author's copyright holder
under the 1995 regulations the period of author copyright was extended, to the lifetime of the author and 70 years
the publishers separate copyright in the typographical arrangement of a printed work lasts for 25 years from the end of the year in which the publication occurred. this protects a publishers copyright in al printed works including books magazines newspapers and other periodical
Law #4
Negligent Publication
The author and/or the publisher under certain circumstances, either individually or jointly could be found liable for the incitement or negligent publication if a reader of their publications is seriously injured dies or suffers damage to their personal property after acting upon or using the content contained in the publications (Food & DiY Magazines Especially)
Ethical Issues
ethical issues are those not covered by law for example if a fashion magazine uses real furs in a shoot some may say that is unethical
use of models and their treatment is the likely most common ethical issue to arise from magazine
also content can cause ethical issues as well eg long term effects of gaming body changing fad diets fitness regimes
avoiding ethical issues is key as to not upset your audience
Libel Law
Libel is the law surrounding what is written in print and its impact on the audience and subject. The basic principle of this is that nothing will appear in print that damages the image of a person (or a company in the UK) in the eyes of a reasonable adult (anyone over the age of eighteen) that causes it/them to lose earnings.

The pictures included within my magazine are of road bikes, tennis kit and also a player (whom I have permission off of); therefore they will not include any offensive material.
